HIIT weights has been designed to run alongside an already busy training program. You’ll learn the basics of how to use weights safely and effectively, whilst being pushed to the limit by your personal group trainer. Expect to learn some top secret routines gaining vast experience in how to get outstanding results QUICK.
HIIT weights is a small group personal training program which is fantastic value for money. With only 4 clients per program, we ensure you get more 1:2:1 time for a fraction of 1:2:1 prices. We run both beginner and advanced programs making sure you feel comfortable in your lifting surroundings. If you’ve never lifted before, or if you want to add some technical routines and tips to your workouts, this is the place to go.
People who crave to start weights or develop their lifting program. We cover a range of body weight and resistance routines to ensure you attack that fat whilst building full body strength. Novice to advance we’ve got you covered. Oh and you’re never too old to lift, remember that!!
This program includes 1 small group session once a week, 45 minutes in duration, over a period of 8 weeks. We also provide you with weekly home workout routines to push you hard outside of the unit. Our brand new state of the art unit is fully kitted out with the most advanced fitness accessories, making sure you get the workout you pay for!! Each client has their very own station including squat rack, various barbells, dumbbell rack, TRX, MMA gloves, ab wheel and more. We also have battle ropes, box jumps, cables, slam balls, medicine balls, skipping ropes and more. We aim to achieve maximum client output every session, mixing technical with simple from accelerated cardio to giant sets, you will always be trying something new, keeping you stimulated from start to finish!!
We take pride in providing a tailored meal specific to our clients needs. We know how important time is, we just don’t seem to have enough of it, therefore our meal plans are structured to work around any individual, including simple meal prep with lunchtime meals easy enough to take to work. Our philosophy is all about long-term. No skipping meals. No skipping food groups. Balanced, manageable and sustainable is what we do best, we got this!!

We know that monitoring a clients progress is paramount. You will set some personal SMART goals before you undergo your life transformation. These targets will be continuously monitored by you and your trainer. A full statistical analysis will take place pre and post program. This includes weight, Bmi, body fat, muscle, visceral fat and measurements breakdown. Please be aware that your statistics and transformation photos remain private. We’re extremely professional with everything we do, confidentiality is our top priority sharing nothing without clients permission.
