This program focuses on fat-loss and muscle gain, stripping back unwanted fat whilst using resistance training to gain that lean look.

This program includes 3 small group sessions per week each 45 minutes in duration, over the 6 weeks you’ll have face to face training contact with your personal trainer 18 times for a total of 810 minutes. We also provide you with weekly home workout routines to push you hard outside of the unit. These circuits are HIIT based and are designed to rev metabolism whilst building your strength and fitness. We include everything we possibly can get to you achieving your maximum potential, your progression is all we care about. 60 minute sessions come with all packages, meal plans, fitness programs, online support and continued assessment of goals and statistics.

We take pride in providing a tailored meal specific to our clients needs.  We know how important time is, we just don’t seem to have enough of it, therefore our meal plans are structured to work around any individual, including simple meal prep with lunchtime meals easy enough to take to work.  Our philosophy is all about long-term. No skipping meals. No skipping food groups. Balanced, manageable and sustainable is what we do best, we got this!!

We know that monitoring a clients progress is paramount. You will set some personal SMART goals before you undergo your life transformation.  These targets will be continuously monitored by you and your trainer. A full statistical analysis will take place pre and post program. This includes weight, Bmi, body fat, muscle, visceral fat and measurements breakdown. Please be aware that your statistics and transformation photos remain private. We’re extremely professional with everything we do, confidentiality is our top priority sharing nothing without clients permission.
