This program focuses on fat-loss and muscle gain, stripping back unwanted fat whilst using resistance training to gain that lean toned physique.

This course has been programmed to deliver the pinnacle of body-composition transformations. Shred stubborn fat, gain lean muscle mass, challenge your physical and mental boundaries. We deliver huge focus towards accelerating your fitness and strength, in a safe and progressive style.

28 day shreds are like no other program Cobalt Fitness offers. You’ll be pushing your limits from the word go. Your group personal trainer will focus on dramatically increasing your fitness and strength over a short but safe time scale. If you need help and results now, this is the program for you.
- Training schedule
It is compulsory for all clients to attend a minimum of 3 sessions out of a possible 6 per week. We also offer our CF Project Saturday morning timetable free of charge to all six week shredders.
We know that monitoring your progress is paramount. You will set some personal SMART goals before you undergo your life transformation.
These targets will be continuously monitored by you and your trainer. A full statistical analysis will take place pre, intra and post program. This includes the latest technology assessment on our brand new FIT3D Body Scanner. Each client will receive PRE, INTRA & POST 3D Body images, along with a detailed stats comparison.
