This course has been programmed to deliver the pinnacle of body-composition transformations. Shred stubborn fat, gain lean muscle mass, challenge your physical and mental boundaries. We deliver huge focus towards accelerating your fitness and strength, in a safe and progressive style.
- Is this program for you?
Six week shreds are like no other program Cobalt Fitness offers. You’ll be educated from the word go. Your group personal trainer will take you through each exercise and lift, week by week building your confidence, strength and fitness. This programs objective is to drastically change your body shape, energy /fitness levels, creating a healthy, balanced sustainable lifestyle and mind set. Whether you’re demotivated within training or a regular gym freak, this will set you on an explosive journey.
- Training schedule
It is compulsory for all clients to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week. We also offer our CF Project Saturday morning timetable free of charge to all six week shredders.
We know that monitoring your progress is paramount. You will set some personal SMART goals before you undergo your life transformation.
These targets will be continuously monitored by you and your trainer. A full statistical analysis will take place pre, intra and post program. This includes weight, BMI, body fat, muscle, visceral fat and a full measurements breakdown.
Please be aware that your statistics and transformation photos remain private. We’re extremely professional with everything we do, confidentiality is our top priority, sharing nothing without clients permission.
