All shred clients receive exclusive private group training in small groups of upto 8 members. Programs also include diet plans, workout videos and online support from coaches and peers. Clients gain unlimited access to our Fit3D body assessment scanner whilst also receiving regular updated progress photos.
6 Week Shreds – Access to x4 classes per week
28 Day Shreds – Access to x7 classes per week
Once selected your training time program you are not required to book into your class.
We do ask clients to book into our Sunday Shred class which runs at 09:30am over both 6 week and 28 day shreds.

There are two different payment methods available when booking your shred.
Option 1 – Pay in full online using PayPal
Option 2 – Leave a small deposit online via PayPal, settling your remaining balance 2 weeks prior start date
Our shred programs are perfect for all levels of ability. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced gym goer, you will be pushed to your maximum capabilities.
Training programs have been designed to build and challenge each and every client safely and effectively.
We cover a range of workouts which are motivating and hugely challenging.
Expect lifting, functional movements, and fitness start to finish. Our aim is to push each individual to their limits, maximising results whilst most of all enjoying their workouts.
All sessions are 45 minutes in duration. We ask clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.
Sunday Shred Sessions are 60 minutes in duration running in our Home of HIIT facility.
Myzone is a heart rate monitor which tracks your workout and effort levels LIVE within our CF PROJECT Home of HIIT facility. We often base classes around pushing clients to their maximum Myzone capabilities.MORE ABOUT MYZONE
Shred group sizes are upto 8 people over both 28 Days and 6 Week Shreds. These groups are within there own private facility with only one class running at one time.

It’s important that all of our clients feel comfortable when working out. A good pair of trainers if a must. We advise clients to wear layers, there’s nothing worse than being TOO HOT.
Yes. Our biggest weightloss recordings reach over 2 stone in both 28 days and 6 weeks. We will stress that we promote fatloss above all.
Clients should be in a constant calorie deficit where pound will drop, body fat will drop and muscle should increase if adhering to the meal plan correctly.
You will need to buy a few things which are hugely relevant to your shred program.
