Both classic and premium memberships include unlimited access to our famous CF PROJECT timetable. Simple turn up 10 minutes prior to start time and away you go.
We have two memberships options available:
This membership offers you unlimited access to all of our CF PROJECT classes on a monthly basis.
Memberships are charged monthly at £68 per month via direct debit. ~ 12 week minimum agreement.
This membership offers you unlimited access to all of our CF PROJECT classes on a monthly basis PLUS unlimited access to our state of the art, industry leading FIT3D body assessment scanner.
This service is perfect for those wishing to track progression, adhere to goal setting and client accountability.
We have a booking in system running via our APP for certain classes on our CF PROJECT timetable.
90% of our classes do not quire any booking, simply turn up and get involved.
Yes, all members must pay via direct debit from their chosen start date. We are hugely focused towards achieving results, this said, all members must agree to a minimum 12 week membership.
We ask all CF PROJECT members to have experience within weight training and fitness. These classes are focused towards non-beginners. If you are returning back to fitness after a spell out, or if you’re brand new to weight training, please check out our Shred Programs latest availability, perfect to get your fitness journey started.
We cover a range of workouts which are motivating and hugely challenging.
Expect lifting, functional movements, and fitness start to finish. Our aim is to push each individual to their limits, maximising results whilst most of all enjoying their workouts.
Session times vary from 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes in duration.

Myzone is a heart rate monitor which tracks your workout and effort levels LIVE within our CF PROJECT Home of HIIT facility. We often base classes around pushing clients to their maximum Myzone capabilities.MORE ABOUT MYZONE
Our class sizes vary from day to day. Average group size is 10-15 people. Some classes will have less on certain days and periods of the year.
