    Yoga is a hugely popular class within the Cobalt Fitness setup, our in house yoga instructor focuses on various styles of stretching and posture poses to enhance flexibility and rage of motion.

  • What we aim to achieve

    We aim to enhance your flexibility which will have a positive impact on your overall strength and fitness training. Expect deeper squats and a an overall stronger core to maximise your lifting skills.

    This class hugely benefits anyone looking to improve their overall flexibility for beginners to advanced learners.

  • Training schedule

    Classes are available every Sunday 10am from the Home of HIIT unit.



Yoga classes are inclusive for CF Project members and are also available for non-members on a pay as you go scheme.
